Every data deletion request Chropton receives gets a confirmation code. Enter yours in the address bar as ?code=… to see where it stands.
No confirmation code given
Open the link exactly as it was given to you — it ends with a confirmation code. If you no longer have it, email info@lunarglobaltechnologies.com.
This covers the data from your Instagram account. Your Chropton login and billing records are separate — see step 3 on our Data Deletion page to have those removed too.
