Terms of Service

Chropton lets you connect your own Instagram professional account and automate replies to comments and keyword-triggered direct messages, including replies written by AI, using Instagram’s official API.

You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information when you sign up. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. You may only connect Instagram accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

Chropton is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram. You must follow Instagram’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines while using Chropton. Meta can change or limit its API at any time, which may affect features.

You agree not to use Chropton to:

• send spam, or messages people did not ask for;
• harass, mislead, or impersonate anyone;
• send illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content;
• break Instagram’s rules or any law.

We may suspend accounts that do.

AI replies are generated automatically from the instructions you write and can sometimes be wrong or unsuitable. You are responsible for the instructions you give and for the replies sent from your Instagram account. You can turn AI replies off at any time.

Paid plans and top-ups are billed through Razorpay at the prices shown on the Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.

You can stop using Chropton at any time. Remove its access from Instagram and ask us to delete your data as described on the Data Deletion page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Chropton is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or actions Instagram takes on your account, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
